By using Rooted Learning ED LLC ("Rooted Learning"), you agree to use the platform solely for educational purposes. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell any content generated by the platform without written permission.

Rooted Learning uses OpenAI’s GPT models to generate educational questions, Google Forms API to automatically build assessments, Supabase to store user data securely, and Stripe to process payments. By using this platform, you consent to the appropriate use of these services as part of your experience.

Rooted Learning uses Google Sign-In to authenticate users and requests access to the Google Forms API to create, edit, and manage assessments within the user’s Google Drive. Access is limited to the user’s email address and Forms-related permissions. Rooted Learning does not access or store any other Google account data. All Google user data is used exclusively to provide the features the user explicitly initiates.

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access for any user who violates these terms, including abuse of the platform, attempts to circumvent account limits, or misuse of AI-generated content.

Rooted Learning is not responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of content generated by the platform in a classroom or educational setting. Please use your professional judgment.

These terms may be updated at any time to reflect changes to the platform, services, or legal requirements. Continued use of Rooted Learning after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
